Monika Shukla

Monika Shukla is a seasoned learning designer and educator with extensive experience in e-learning and instructional design. Currently serving as a Manager at the Singapore Institute of Technology since January 2022, Monika specializes in creating self-paced and blended learning courses while collaborating with external vendors. Previously, Monika held positions at FourthRev as a Learning Experience Designer, focusing on interactive e-learning courses for various subjects, and served as an E-learning Consultant at Human Dynamic Group, where Monika developed multimedia learning resources. Monika also worked as an International Student Advisor at Study Group, managing academic advising for international students, and contributed to academic leadership and curriculum design at Next Education. Monika's foundational experience includes teaching at Intellitots Learning. Monika holds an M.A. in Educational/Instructional Technology from Azim Premji University and additional degrees in Education and Psychology.
