Kai Jie Chong

Kai Jie Chong is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the Singapore National Eye Centre and previously at SMRT Trains Ltd. and ST Engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Kai Jie leads a team of 12 in multiple HR portfolios, including talent management and HR systems.
