Michelle Lee

Michelle Lee is an experienced sustainability leader with a strong background in corporate services and sustainability. Currently serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Singapore Post Ltd since April 2021, Michelle oversees corporate sustainability initiatives. Previously with Lendlease for two decades, Michelle held various senior roles including Sustainability Director for Singapore, driving sustainability strategies across the property value chain, and leading the sustainability efforts for the SGD3.2 billion Paya Lebar Quarter development. Additional roles included oversight of corporate affairs and marketing for Lendlease's Asian operations, as well as managing the Lendlease Foundation's community engagement strategies in Asia. Michelle holds a BA in Economics and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore.
