Brian Lynn

Brian Lynn is a Senior Forensic Analyst at SingerLewak LLP since July 2022, previously serving in the Internal Tax Review at Intuit from January 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included reviewing income tax returns and advising on complex tax issues. Brian's legal experience includes roles as an Associate in the Wealth Strategies group at Lathrop GPM LLP and as a Law Clerk in the same group at Lathrop Gage, both from September 2018 to June 2020. Prior experience also includes tax preparation for international students as a Tax Intern at KU Legal Services for Students and multiple summer associate positions focused on ERISA/Employee Benefits at Blake & Uhlig P.A. Additionally, Brian has interned at the Low-Income Tax Clinic with Kansas Legal Services, and held accounting roles at Palumbo Bergstrom LLP and Hollins Law. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UC San Diego.
