Nitin Thaker

Nitin Thaker began their work career in 2004 as the Special Assistant to the Division Director at the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service. In 2006, they moved to DHS as the Engineering Branch Manager. In 2009, they joined Singhal & Company, Inc. as the Vice President of IT Engineering, providing IT Infrastructure and Security guidance to customers. In 2014, they became a Customer at Morgan and Morgan Solar. After 40 years of work career, Nitin Thaker decided to retire and enjoy time with their family and travelling in 2017.

Nitin Thaker obtained their MBA in General Management and Information Resource management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1983. Nitin obtained their M.S. in Microbiology from Clemson University in 1976 and their B.S. in Microbiology from Clemson University in 1973. In 2004, they obtained a CISSP - Cerified Information System Security Professional certification from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc., (ISC)\u00b2. In 2008, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). In 2011, they obtained a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control\u2122 (CRISC) certification from ISACA.
