Rob Hewitt

Rob Hewitt has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Rob began their career at Aquascutum as an IT Helpdesk Administrator, responsible for logging and addressing IT incidents and service requests. Rob then became an IT Software Specialist at the same company, initiating and leading projects regarding software and hardware improvements.

Rob later joined Rogers Communications, where they held various managerial positions. As a Specialist in the National Network Operations Centre, they remotely monitored and diagnosed incidents on wireless networks. Rob then became a Project Manager, overseeing process development and deployment. Rob eventually became a Manager, responsible for a team of network provisioning technicians, driving process improvements and ensuring sufficient staffing levels.

Rob eventually transitioned into senior management roles, including Senior Manager of Platform Performance and Analysis, where they managed a team and provided executive reporting services. Rob also served as Senior Manager of Internal Audit and Advisory, developing risk-based audit plans and providing consulting services on network security, process improvement, business intelligence, and project delivery.

Rob'smost recent role is at SinglePoint Group International Inc, where they hold the position of Senior Director of Information Technology.

Rob Hewitt completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from McMaster University, between 1997 and 2001. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including ITIL Expert from ITIL Certified in February 2013, Kepner Tregoe Program Leader from Kepner-Tregoe in October 2012, Six Sigma Green Belt from Six Sigma in June 2011, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2008.
