Nima Kalhor

Nanofabrication Scientist / Project Lead at Single Quantum

Nima Kalhor's work experience begins in 2014 with a role as a Research Scientist at TNO, where they served as a Project Lead and collaborated with TNO and ASML on the evaluation of EUV resist performance below 20-nm CD using Helium Ion Microscopy. During this time, they developed a heuristic metrology model using MATLAB to analyze the impact of pixel-dose optimization on pattern fidelity and lithography process parameters.

In 2015, Nima joined QuTech as a Postdoctoral Researcher, where they worked until 2018.

Since 2018, Nima has been employed at Single Quantum. Nima started as a Research Engineer and Project Lead, and in November 2021, they transitioned to the role of Nanofabrication Scientist and Project Lead. The end date for their current role is unknown.

Nima Kalhor completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southampton between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, Nima obtained an MEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham, from 2005 to 2009.
