Erik Lapointe

Erik Lapointe's work experience includes a role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at SingleKey starting from May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Kingsbury Investment Group starting from January 2022. From September 2020 to January 2022, they served as CCO at Tidal Health Solutions. Before this, they held various roles at Tidal Health Solutions, including VP of Sales and Product Development, Sr. Director Product Development & Innovation, and Director Commercial Development. Erik was also a Co-Founder and responsible for Business Development at Dynamix, a beverage company in the medical cannabis market, from November 2016 to January 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as Director of Operations- Housekeeping and Assistant Director of Operations- Housekeeping at Ritz-Carlton Montreal from 2013 to 2015. Erik also participated in the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Fairmont Tremblant from 2012 to 2013.

Erik Lapointe obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Guelph, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Later, in 2016-2017, they attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In addition to their formal education, Erik has also obtained various certifications, including the Cannabis Sommelier Level 1 from CannaReps in December 2020 and the CannSell Standard Certification Program from CannSell in May 2020. Erik also holds certifications in Gestion par Interaction and Train the Trainer from Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
