Rui Liu

Rui Liu is the Cofounder and CTO at Singlera Genomics Inc. where responsibilities include overseeing R&D, collaboration, IVD, bioinformatics, lab service, and application in both US and CN R&D centers. Prior to this, Rui was a Project Scientist at University of California, San Diego, working on a single-cell sequencing project supported by NIH Roadmap program. Rui also has experience as a Postdoctoral fellow, focusing on assay development of DNA methylation sequencing, single cells transcriptome analysis, whole genome amplification methods, and new technologies of DNA haplotypes for human genome. Rui holds a Ph.D. in Biology, genetics from University of Pennsylvania, and a M.D. in Medicine from Peking University Health Science Center.
