Brian Wilcox

Brian Wilcox has a broad range of work experience spanning from 1991 to the present. From 1991 to 2006 they worked as an Electro Mechanical Technician for the United States Air Force. In this role they maintained, operated, and supervised maintenance on ground and air missiles, spacelift boosters, payloads, guidance and control systems, and subsystems. Brian also monitored, analyzed, and compiled system performance data and performed and supervised maintenance on automated and manual electronic test, launch control, checkout, and support equipment (SE). From 2006 to the present, Wilcox has worked as both a Technical Operations Manager and an Electronic Technician for SingleSource Communications. As Technical Operations Manager, they managed and directed work flow to the Technicians and trained them on new and current products that are in the repair catalog. Brian also developed new test and repair capabilities of Microwave Radio based on customer needs. As an Electronic Technician, they were responsible for testing and component level repair of Microwave Radio, Central Office, and Data equipment. Systems they worked with include Harris DVM 6-8/12T, DVM 6-45, Constellation, MicroStar, TruePoint Radio, and Alcatel MDR-4000, MDR-5000, MDR-6000, and MDR-8000.

Brian Wilcox obtained an Associate's degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Omaha in 2008. Brian also obtained an Aviat Eclipse Microwave Training Course certification in May 2014.
