Paul Starita

Paul Starita is an experienced attorney who specializes in representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and mass tort matters. Paul also teaches civil trial practice to first year law students at the University of San Diego School of Law. With a background in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and the United States Attorney's Office, Paul has extensive experience in various legal areas including criminal prosecution, civil litigation, and appellate practice. Paul holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Cooley Law School and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental Law from the University of San Diego School of Law.
