Hayley Yap

Hayley develops and executes HR strategy in line with our business goals. Hayley joined Singlife in July 2022 from AXA Singapore, where she was Chief People Officer and headed organisation design and structure, talent strategies and helped drive a diverse and inclusive culture. Prior to this, she was Managing Director and Head of Business Execution, SEA, India and Middle East at ANZ. She has held business and HR roles at financial institutions like Standard Chartered Bank, JP Morgan Chase Bank and DBS Singapore.
