Nathalie Rafeh serves as the Associate Director of Digital Product Management at Optus since August 2024. Previously, Nathalie founded Splashup, creating a substantial network of brands and retailers focused on cross-promotion to reduce customer acquisition costs, while also securing significant funding from Commonwealth Bank Australia X15 Ventures. Nathalie's extensive experience includes consulting startup founders at UNSW as a Startup Strategist, mentoring at Genesis, and advising various startups on product and strategy. Nathalie has held roles such as Growth Manager at Mad Paws, where substantial venture capital was secured, and as a founder of the e-commerce brand HoL. Additionally, Nathalie contributed to the business discourse as a radio presenter, sharing insights on financial markets and technology. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from the University of Sydney and a Master of Journalism & Communication from UNSW.
