Paul Forder

Paul Forder is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and user experience design. Currently serving as Senior Product Designer at Optus since September 2022, Paul previously held the position of Head of Design | UX/UI at Exetel from October 2015 to September 2022, where responsibilities included the development of design solutions for both B2C and B2B sectors. Earlier roles include Freelance UI/UX Designer at FBI Talent Co., Digital Designer | Studio Manager at 30thirty Pty Ltd, and Finished Artist positions at Banjo Advertising and Ogilvy & Mather, where Paul managed strict deadlines and collaborated with various clients. Paul started the design career as a Graphic Designer at Mail Boxes Etc. and holds an Advance Diploma of Graphic Design from Hornsby Tafe.
