Rafael Palacios Altamirano has an extensive education history. Rafael attended Werner-Heisenberg-Gymnasium Garching from 1994 to 2003 and obtained their Abitur, which is a High School/Secondary Diploma.

After completing high school, they enrolled at Universität Passau, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Rafael attended from 2004 to 2009 and earned a Diplom Kaufmann (German Diploma).

During their time at Universität Passau, Rafael also had the opportunity to study abroad at San Diego State University in 2006. This semester abroad focused on International Business.
