Josephine Lee

Josephine Lee is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and research sectors. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited since July 2022, Josephine previously held the role of CFO at Healthcare and Contract Research from November 2004 to June 2022, where Josephine successfully established a Contract Research Organization in the United States, achieving AAALAC accreditation and GLP compliance. Prior to that, Josephine was Financial Controller at iSteelasia.com, playing a crucial role in the successful IPO of a B-to-B steel trading platform. Josephine also contributed as Finance & Administrative Manager at International Paper, overseeing financial reviews across multiple countries in Asia, and gained initial auditing experience at Arthur Andersen & Co. Josephine holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a BA in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
