Koen Vervaeke

Koen Vervaeke is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and auditing. Currently serving as the Group Finance Manager and Financial Controller at Sioen Industries since October 2012, Koen has developed a strong expertise in corporate finance. Prior to this role, Koen worked at Ernst & Young Bedrijfsrevisoren from October 2006 to September 2012, where responsibilities included serving as a Manager, and also briefly as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in late 2010. Koen Vervaeke holds a Master’s degree in Handelswetenschappen from Europese Hogeschool Brussel, completed in 2006, and furthered education at Vlerick Business School from 2014 to 2015.
