Stephen Smallbone

Stephen Smallbone is a seasoned professional in financial services, currently serving as Director - Head of Delivery (Banking & Markets EMEA) at Davies' consulting division since January 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen spent over eight years at Euronext in various senior positions, including Head of Portfolio Management and Chief Operating Officer (London). Notably, Stephen held significant roles in project management and risk management since joining Euronext in 2004, contributing to key initiatives such as the Euronext Separation Programme. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at NYSE Euronext and Deloitte, as well as a foundational role as Risk Consultant at Marsh. Stephen holds a BSc in International Business & French from Aston University.
