Waqas Shehryar

Waqas Shehryar is a seasoned Senior Process Engineer at SIPCHEM since June 2017, specializing in process monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting support for operations. Key responsibilities include business case support, data analysis and reporting for emissions, catalyst technical reviews, and overseeing the aMDEA CO2 removal system. Prior to SIPCHEM, Waqas worked as a Process Engineer at Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited, focusing on ammonia process optimization and developing detailed simulations of the ammonia plant. Waqas began the career as a Process Support Manager at LOTTE CHEMICAL PAKISTAN LTD, contributing to process improvements and energy conservation initiatives. Waqas holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with specialization in Petroleum & Gas Engineering from the University of the Punjab.
