Philippe Notton is the CEO and founder of SiPearl, a company that specializes in the development of low power microprocessors. Prior to their current position, Notton served as the VP and Head of Processor Initiative at Atos from June 2017 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the European consortium that developed low power microprocessors for high performance computing, cloud, big-data, and emerging applications such as autonomous driving (ADAS), connected mobility, and artificial intelligence.
Notton began their career at STMicroelectronics in January 2014, where they served as the General Manager of the Consumer Electronics Products Division and Group VP of Mass Market Multimedia. In this role, they managed a division of up to 2400 engineers, covering set-top boxes products, digital ASICs, space & defense, and in-vehicle infotainment. During their time at STMicroelectronics, Notton was responsible for bringing the consumer group back to profitability and reducing design costs by 30%.

Philippe Notton went to ESSEC Business School for their Executive MBA, then they went to CentraleSupélec for their Engineer degree in Signal Processing. After that, they got their MANNHEIM Executive MBA from Mannheim Business School. Lastly, they got their Ingenieur degree in DSP from CentraleSupélec.
