Joseph Mintz

Joseph Mintz has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Joseph started their career in 2004 as an Audio Video Engineer and Projectionist at WorldStage, Inc. In 2005, they moved to Nicaragua and worked as a General Contractor at Best Value Construction, where they focused on creating homes and buildings that benefitted the local community. In 2006, they became a General Manager at Bar Republika, a bar they opened in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. In 2012, they worked as an Operations Manager at Citibike, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bike-sharing system. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a General Manager at Hotel 309 and a Real Estate Agent at StarCities Management, specializing in the New York City and Hamptons areas. In 2017, they founded Drone Island party, a company focused on organizing drone-themed events. Since 2019, Joseph has been the Co-Founder and COO of Siponey, a company that focuses on sustainability in the beverage industry, overseeing all aspects of the company's supply chain and promoting environmentally friendly practices. Alongside their professional career, Joseph has also worked as an Actor Model, starring in campaigns for major brands such as Amazon, BMW, and L'Oreal.

Joseph Mintz earned a Bachelor's degree in Theater and Dramatic Lit from Wheaton College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In 2017, they attended the School of Professional Horticulture at the New York Botanical Garden, receiving a Certificate of Horticulture after completing the program in 2018. Their field of study at the New York Botanical Garden was Horticultural Science.
