Peter McElheny

Peter McElheny is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and technology strategy, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Development for Intel Foundry Services since November 2015. In this role, Peter drives strategic account engagement, ensuring program execution and conflict resolution. Previous positions include Foundry and OSAT Strategy Director at Intel, where Peter developed comprehensive strategies across business units, and Director of process and device expertise for Intel's Programmable Solutions Group. Prior to Intel, Peter held leadership roles at Altera, focusing on CMOS and FLASH/EEPROM technology development, and served as Field Applications Support/Sales Manager at Silvaco Japan. Peter began a career in research as an NSF Fellowship Scientist at the Electrotechnical Laboratory in Japan. Peter holds a PhD in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Penn State University.
