Mona Rundberg has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 1999, they worked as a Sales Secretary at Sony Finland. From 2006 to 2009, at the Ministry of Education and Culture in Finland, they served as an HRD Planning Officer and later as the Head of Development. Following that, from 2009 to 2011, they worked at the Ministry of Transport and Communications as an HRD Senior Advisor and then as the Head of Development. In 2011, they joined Great Place to Work Finland, where they initially served as a Consultant, providing training and consulting services to help organizations transform their workplaces. Mona was later promoted to the role of CEO, which they held until 2016. In 2016, they co-founded and became the Company Culture Designer, HR Co-Founder, and Director of Culture & People at Leidenschaft. In 2019, they co-founded Siqni and took on the roles of Co-Founder and Director of Culture & People. Lastly, in 2022, they joined Eezy Flow as the Director of Culture & People. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Culture & People at all three companies: Leidenschaft, Siqni, and Eezy Flow.
Mona Rundberg pursued their education at the University of Jyväskylä from 2001 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in Educational Sciences with a specialization in Adult education.
