Randy Dwi Respati

Randy Dwi Respati has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randy started their career as a Front Office Executive at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. In 2013, they worked at Idea Imaji as a Digital Customer Care, where they managed social media campaigns and analyzed their effectiveness. From 2014 to 2016, Randy worked at RED Comm Indonesia as an Associate Creative Strategist, where they coordinated with internal teams and brands to develop digital campaign strategies. Randy then joined Brightstars Digital Agency as a Sr. Digital Planner, where they turned client briefs into executable plans and directed internal divisions.

Randy returned to RED Comm Indonesia in 2017 and took on the role of a Digital Project Officer. Randy coordinated with account executives and managed production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within quality standards. In 2019, they were promoted to Sr. Digital Project Officer and became a consultant to the Business Director, focusing on human resources and workflow systems.

In 2021, Randy joined Orami as an Assistant Project Manager and Planner in the Merchant Solutions division. Randy led and coordinated project officers, working on e-commerce, content, community, and various marketing and advertising solutions.

Currently, Randy is working at SIRCLO as an Assistant Project Manager for the SIRCLO STUDIO - New Venture (OTVR) Team. Randy leads a team of project officers, builds workflow systems, and focuses on live streaming/shopping and digital short video content on platforms like TikTok and Marketplace. Randy collaborates with various internal teams, external partners, and 3rd production teams to ensure successful project execution.

Randy Dwi Respati earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from Universitas Padjadjaran. Randy attended the university from 2007 to 2010.
