Vania Maisie

Vania Maisie began their work experience in 2018 at PT. Multi Indocitra, Tbk. where they started as a Management Trainee as part of the Modern Supervisory Development Program. Vania gained basic knowledge in various departments including sales and marketing through in-class and on-the-job training. Vania then moved on to become an E-Commerce Executive, responsible for handling all E-Commerce business for the brand as an Official Store, coordinating promotional programs and campaigns, and dealing with buyers on various E-commerce platforms. Vania later transitioned to the role of Key Account Executive, overseeing national modern trade sales for hypermarkets, supermarkets, baby shops, and E-commerce, leading a team of four people and analyzing business performance to adjust strategies based on market conditions and competitor activities. In 2021, Vania joined SIRCLO as a Senior Key Account Executive, and later moved up to become an Assistant Key Account Manager.
