Nathalie Clement 🇺🇦

Nathalie Clement is an experienced professional in the field of gene therapy and vector development. Nathalie is currently working as the VP Vector Development for Translational Gene Therapies at Siren Biotechnology since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Freelance Consultant at Unicorn Consultations, LLC, specializing in gene therapy and AAV vector design, production, QC, and CMC. Nathalie also worked as the VP Vector Development for Translational Gene Therapies at Stealth Newco - Biotech Gene Therapy from January 2022 to May 2023. Nathalie has held several leadership roles in process and development, including the positions of Director, Process and Development, Viral Vaccines and Gene Therapy at Resilience from July to December 2021, and Director, Upstream Process and Development at Resilience from April to July 2021. Nathalie was also the Associate Director of Vector Manufacturing at the Powell Gene Therapy Center, University of Florida, from April 2008 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, Nathalie worked as the Director of Vector Core at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from January 2003 to March 2008, and as a Post-Doc Fellow at The Mount Sinai Hospital from April 2001 to January 2003.

Nathalie Clement 🇺🇦 received their education from various institutions. From 1995 to 2001, they attended the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Virology, Molecular Biology, and Gene Therapy. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they also studied at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Molecular Biology.
