Nikolay Plakhotniy is the Head of Development at HomeBuddy, overseeing technology strategy, architecture, SDLC process, and functional management. Nikolay was also the CTO and co-founder of NBPSoft, a software development outsourcing company. At CISLINK, Nikolay was the Head of Product for the Distributor Tracking System. In the past, Nikolay founded profights.ru and held roles in research and analytics at Orkla Group and RADIX & partners. Nikolay also worked as a Consultant at AC Nielsen, specializing in data analysis training.
