Zarina Murzalieva

Zarina Murzalieva began their work experience as a Non-cash operations specialist at Demir Kyrgyz International Bank in 2013. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Bank Accountant at KICB, where they focused on financial reporting. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of HR Manager/IT Recruiter at JSKET, where they performed candidate research and coordination of freelancers. In 2019, they joined Comiron as an HR Manager/IT Recruiter, handling recruitment for e-commerce and cycling industries. At Xsolla, where they worked from 2021-2022, Zarina served as an IT Recruiter, responsible for full-cycle recruitment for various product teams. Currently, they are an IT Recruiter at HomeBuddy, starting in 2022.

Zarina Murzalieva obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Credit from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. In terms of additional certifications, they completed several courses including "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 5 Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps for Recruiters" from LinkedIn in March 2023, "Interviewing Techniques" from LinkedIn in May 2022, "Becoming Indistractable" from LinkedIn in December 2021, "Confluence Fundamentals Assessment" from Atlassian in December 2021, "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making" from LinkedIn in December 2021, and "Jira Fundamentals Assessment" from Atlassian in December 2021.
