Siddharth Chatterjee

Siddharth Chatterjee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and countries. Siddharth began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer from October 2006 to May 2008. Siddharth then worked at Microsoft as an intern for two months in 2009. From 2010 to 2011, Siddharth participated in the Essar Business Leadership Program. Siddharth further advanced their career at Essar Group as the Manager of Learning & OD from March 2011 to February 2012. Siddharth joined Bharti Airtel Limited in January 2012 and held various roles, including Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, Head of Talent Management & Development, and Country HR Business Partner - Customer Experience. In 2018, Siddharth joined OYO where they served as the Head of HR for Tech, Product, International Business & Corporate Functions from June 2018 to January 2019. Siddharth then became the Head of HR for South East Asia & Middle East from October 2018 to March 2021 and later assumed the role of Vice President of HR for Europe, managing the Vacation Homes business in the region, from April 2021 to June 2023. Currently, Siddharth is the Global Head of Human Resources at Sirion, starting from May 2023.

Siddharth Chatterjee completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a PGD_PMIR in HR,IR from XLRI Jamshedpur between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, Siddharth attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1989 to 2001, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
