Jennie Elwell (Johnson) currently serves as AVP of IT Service Management at SiriusPoint since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jennie held various positions at Coaction Global, including Director of IT Operations and IT Manager, from January 2016 to September 2022. Jennie's career in IT began at QualCare Inc. as IT Service Desk Manager from July 2009 to January 2016. Earlier experience includes a role as Helpdesk Analyst Level 2 at Patient Care from January 2008 to June 2009 and serving in the IT department of the US Navy from August 2000 to August 2004. Jennie is an alumna of Villanova University.
