Chris Steele is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in automotive engineering, connected technology, and cloud solutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Automotive Engineering at SiriusXM, Chris Steele also advises Northern Bay Technology, LLC on innovative connected products and business models. Previous roles include leading Solutions Architecture at Amazon Web Services, driving product development at Leidos, and managing connected customer experience strategies at General Motors. Chris Steele's career began in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain specializing in signals intelligence. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Information Technology from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University.
