Erica Simon is the Director of HR Business Partnership at SiriusXM. Erica has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources.

Erica started their career in Human Resources as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Spellman High Voltage in April 2012. Erica then became the Manager of Human Resources at Mediacom Communications in July 2007. In October 2014, Erica became the Human Resources Manager at Cablevision. Erica then transitioned to Human Resources Manager at Altice in June 2016 before taking on their current role as Senior Manager, Operations at Northwell Health in April 2017.
