Leon Vangelder

Leon VanGelder is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales leadership within the audio entertainment industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at SiriusXM since 2022, Leon has successfully driven national, regional, and local advertising sales while managing a $100 million budget. Prior to this role, Leon was Vice President of SMB, Local and Inside Sales at Pandora, where a collaborative sales culture was established, generating $50 million in annual revenue and reversing a corporate downturn. Leon has held various leadership positions at Pandora, including Regional Vice President for East Coast Sales, where $400 million in sales was generated, and Director of Local Sales, where significant new business was secured. Leon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey.
