Laili Zulfajriani has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Laili also served as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Glints, where they managed the recruitment process for the company, fulfilling various tech and non-tech positions.
Laili's professional journey began with an internship at PT SMART Tbk, where they contributed to employer branding efforts and managed in-house communication projects related to recruitment.
From 2015 to 2018, Laili Zulfajriani attended Tanri Abeng University and completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
