Rashmi Palkar

Rashmi Palkar is a Senior Executive in Human Resources at SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. since July 2022, focusing on talent acquisition and recruitment processes, and managing various administrative tasks related to onboarding. Prior to this, Rashmi served as a Lead Consultant at PERSOLKELLY India from May 2016 to July 2022, handling the complete recruitment cycle while ensuring high-quality candidate delivery and client satisfaction. Rashmi also gained experience as an Associate Consultant at Fact Personnel Pvt Ltd from November 2014 to April 2016, where responsibilities included sourcing, screening, and negotiation of candidates. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Sathaye College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
