Enda Kenny

Enda Kenny started their work experience in 2007 as a Civil Engineering Surveyor at Actavo, where they worked until 2009. From 2010 to 2013, Kenny worked at Obelisk as a Project Manager. In 2013, they joined Flynn as an Airports Project Manager and Surveyor, and stayed there until 2014. Kenny then worked at GMC Utilities Group as a Project Manager and Surveyor from 2014 to 2015. Enda later joined SIRO, where they initially worked as a Commercial Contracts Manager from 2015 to 2020. Currently, Kenny holds the position of Head of Commercial - Design and Construction Contracts at SIRO since June 2020.

Enda Kenny completed a P.Grad.Dip in Construction Law and Contract Administration from Trinity College Dublin in 2020-2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Construction Project Management at Ulster University from 2009-2010. Enda obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their degrees, Enda Kenny has obtained several certifications. Enda became a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in November 2021. Enda also obtained the certifications of Project Supervisor Construction Stage and Project Supervisor Design Process from the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) in April 2016. Enda Kenny became an APC Counsellor with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland in January 2016 and completed the Managing Safely in Construction (MSIC) certification from CIF in April 2012.
