Bairi Venkateshwarlu has extensive experience in plant maintenance at The Sirpur Papermills Ltd, serving as Sr Manager of the Soda Recovery Plant since August 1993 and as Sr Manager of maintenance since August 1992. Responsibilities include leading maintenance teams for mechanical equipment, implementing routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies, overseeing annual overhauls, and ensuring the efficiency of critical equipment. Bairi is also involved in inventory management, vendor development, data analysis, and the preparation of reports aimed at improving plant operations and resolving maintenance challenges. Bairi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute Of Technology, completed in 1991, and has a foundational education from Govt Upper Primary School, Sirpur Kaghaznagar.
