Anna H.

Anna H. is a Senior Expert in Distributed Intelligence at Sirris, focusing on research, innovation, industrial valorisation, and technological knowledge related to smart and connected products since November 2016. Prior to this, Anna served as a Research and Innovation Manager at UAntwerpen, overseeing Cyber-Physical Systems for the NEXOR consortium from February 2015 to November 2016. Anna's experience also includes a significant tenure as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Ghent University's IBCN and iMinds from 2003 to February 2015, where responsibilities involved managing national and international projects related to various EU programmes, as well as research on autonomous frameworks during a PhD. Additionally, Anna completed visiting scholarships at Carnegie Mellon University and FORTH, focusing on robot collaboration and ambient intelligence, respectively. Anna holds a Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering with a major in Software Engineering from Ghent University.
