Kristy Marconett has extensive work experience in the finance and tax services field. Kristy started their career at Sirva Relocation in 2001 as a Client Finance Analyst, where they audited and processed expense reports and vendor invoices. Kristy was also responsible for client invoicing and reporting and calculated tax assistance according to client policy. From there, Kristy held various roles at Sirva, including Auditor, Relocation Tax Specialist, Client Finance Manager, and Client Finance Sr. Manager. In these positions, they managed finance functions, including auditing/approving and processing expense reimbursements and vendor invoices, creating and processing accurate consolidated invoices, and calculating tax liability for relocations. Kristy also presented to prospective clients and successfully implemented new client accounts. Currently, they are the Vice President of Client Tax Services at Sirva, where they oversee the technical leadership and accurate calculation and reporting of tax assistance for over 400 clients.

Kristy Marconett obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a Small Business Concentration from Southwest Minnesota State University.
