Marion Shirley

Marion Shirley currently serves as the R&D Director and Director of Purchasing at Sisel, beginning in February 2006. Previously, Marion held the position of Director of Research & Development for International Regulatory Affairs at SISEL International from August 2014 to April 2022, overseeing product registration for personal care and nutritional items across various countries and continents. Prior to that, Marion was the Director of Purchasing and Research & Development at Beluga Ventures, LLC, from January 2006 to April 2022, focusing on regulatory documentation for personal care, nutritional, and cosmetic products in several international markets, including Japan and EU member states. Earlier experience includes a role as Purchasing Manager and Senior Buyer at Neways International from 2001 to 2006. Marion holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi/University Studies with minors in Spanish and English from Brigham Young University - Idaho, earned between 2015 and 2018.
