Paul Thornton has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. Paul currently works as a Customer Success Manager APAC at Sisense since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at RSA Security for 8 years, where they held several roles including Customer Success Manager, Senior Analyst, and Technical Support Engineer. At RSA Security, they received awards for their work with key enterprise customers and gained a passion for project management. Paul Thornton began their education in 1999 at TAFE NSW, where they pursued a Certificate III in Business (Office Administration) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2007, they enrolled at MHM Australasia/Barmax Australia and completed courses in RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling), Barmax Bar, and Barmax Cocktail, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management.
In addition to their formal education, Paul also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the "Management Foundations: Advanced Applications" course offered by LinkedIn. Furthermore, in 2019 they obtained certifications in "Leading a Customer-Centric Culture," "Managing a Customer Service Team," and "Quality Standards in Customer Service" from LinkedIn.
