Amanda Crawford

Amanda Crawford has over 30 years of experience in customer service and billing roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist at Siskin Children's Institute since December 2017, Amanda is responsible for insurance verification, eligibility checks, authorizations for various therapies, managing Plans of Care, and processing payments. Prior to this role, Amanda held various positions at Chattanooga Times Free Press, including Patient Services Representative and Recruitment/Commercial Account Representative, and worked as a Commercial Account Representative at Express Fulfillment Services, where the focus was on customer service supervision.
