Sara Koskivirta

Sara Koskivirta has extensive experience in workforce planning and management, currently serving as Workforce Planning Manager and Workforce Bank's Service Manager at Siskon Siivous since December 2021. Previously, Sara held various positions at IKEA Group from May 2011 to December 2021, including People Planning Specialist and Commercial SFM & Bistro Manager, and contributed to the IKEA Food Rebuild Project. Sara's earlier roles include restaurant and office positions at companies such as Sokos Hotels, Opteam, Paulapress Oy, and Fazer Amica. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Arcada University of Applied Sciences and has completed culinary education at Ahlman Vocational Institute and Helsinki City College of Culinary Art.
