Michelle Martucci is an experienced payroll and benefits management professional with a strong background in handling payroll for corporate and retail environments. Currently serving as Payroll & Benefits Manager at Sisley Paris since December 2021, Michelle oversees bi-weekly payroll for over 600 employees across more than 300 locations in the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Payroll Specialist at DOLCE&GABBANA S.r.l, where responsibilities included processing North American payroll, ensuring compliance, and developing compensation strategies. Michelle has also held positions as Payroll Manager for the Rachael Ray Show at CBS Television Distribution and Implementation/Payroll Coordinator at USI Consulting Group. Beginning their career in customer service roles, including at FedEx Office and J GILBERTS WOOD FIRED STEAKS & SEAFOOD, Michelle possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Connecticut.
