Renee-Claude Paris is a seasoned professional in leadership coaching, organizational development, and human resources strategy. As Cofondatrice et présidente of SISMIK Culture d'impact since October 2018, Renee-Claude focuses on enhancing individual and team potential through a human-centered approach. Prior to this, Renee-Claude served as a subcontractor for Gallup, specializing as a certified strengths coach. With significant experience in human resources, Renee-Claude held key leadership positions at Keurig Canada, Astral, and Air Canada Vacations, overseeing HR functions and strategies for large teams. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from HEC Montréal, and certifications as a Certified Team Performance Coach and in professional coaching training.
