Anton Kulikov

Anton Kulikov has had extensive work experience in the legal field. Anton started their career as a Lawyer at FINAM, where they provided legal support for the company's activities in the Russian capital market. Anton then worked as a Senior Lawyer at A'Lemar IFC, where they continued to provide legal support for the company's activities in the Russian capital market as a broker, dealer, depositary, and trustee.

After that, they joined AK BARS Finance CJSC as a Senior legal counsel, where they were responsible for providing full legal support for the company's activities as a broker, dealer, depositary, and unit investment fund management. Anton also drafted and supported the implementation of trust contracts and developed and updated regulations and internal documents.

Anton then joined PwC Legal as an Associate, where they drafted legal memorandums, opinions, and key deliverables according to Russian law. Anton also provided ongoing legal consulting on corporate law issues, advised on antimonopoly law issues, and coordinated work with junior colleagues.

Currently, Anton is working at Sistema, where they started as a Director of Deal structuring and is now serving as the Managing Director in the same field. Anton'sresponsibilities include developing and negotiating deal structures, coordinating and implementing restructuring, executing M&A transactions and non-core asset disposals, supervising external counsels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory filings.
