Johan Rodriguez

Johan Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. JOHAN started their career in 2005 as a Financial Manager at Flower Packaging Solutions and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they joined Ultrabursatiles as a Sales Trader and stayed there until 2010. Johan then moved to Banco Davivienda, where they worked as a Head Trader from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they founded Sistend Insurance and served as the Founder & Director. In 2015, they took on the role of Director Of Business Development at Sistend Insurance, focusing on the startup and expansion of the company in the US market. During their tenure, they successfully developed strong alliances with local insurers for worksite marketing.

Johan Rodriguez completed their undergraduate education at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 1999 to 2005, earning a degree in Electronic Engineering. In 2007, they attended CESA for a brief period with a focus on Capital Markets.
