Joseph Fasanello

Joseph Fasanello serves as the Medical Director of Primary Care for the Southern Region of Catholic Health System and Trinity Medical WNY. Fasanello has extensive experience in various physician roles at Trinity Medical WNY P.C., Highgate Medical Group, P.C., and AccelCare Urgent Care. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George's University, followed by further studies at the University at Buffalo from 2010 to 2013.
