Meghan Aldrich

Meghan Aldrich, DNP, MBA, currently serves as the Hospital President at Catholic Health since April 2024, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Heritage Ministries from February 2023 to April 2024. Aldrich has extensive experience at Rochester Regional Health, where roles included Vice President of Operations, Chief Nursing Officer for Ambulatory Specialty Medicine and Surgery, and Director of Nursing for Emergency Services and Radiology, overseeing nearly 400 nursing personnel with a focus on safety and integrated teams. Earlier in their career, Aldrich worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Educator, responsible for educational programming across hospitals. Additional experience includes serving as a Registered Nurse at the University of Rochester Medical Center, providing acute care in various pediatric settings. Aldrich holds an MBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, a DNP from the University of Rochester, and a Master of Science in Pediatric Nursing from the University of Rochester School of Nursing, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from St. John Fisher University.
