Director Of Long Term Care/retirement Planning at Sisters Of Charity

Cathy Haller-Franco has extensive experience in the field of long-term care and retirement planning. Cathy started their career as the Director of Regulations and Compliance at Presbyterian Homes and Services/Springpoint Senior Living in 1982, where they stayed until 2005. In this role, they ensured compliance with regulations and standards. From 2006 to the present, they have been running their own consulting business, MC Haller Franco Consulting. In 2015, they worked as an Administrator at Saint Anne Villa, and later became the Director of Long Term Care/Retirement Planning at Sisters of Charity in 2016. Additionally, they served as the Director of Professional Development at NJAHSA from 2006 to 2007 and as a CARF/CCAC Evaluator from 1997 to 2005.

Cathy Haller-Franco studied at Syracuse University from 1976 to 1981, earning both a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. Their field of study was in Social Work with a specialization in Gerontology.
